Coronation Fever in EYFS!

On Thursday 4th and Friday 5th May, the children in Nursery and Reception were busy preparing for an extra special garden party to celebrate the coronation of King Charles III. The children showed off their baking talents to make dozens of delicious scones ahead of our party on Friday. Then the next morning they were busy buttering bread, slicing cucumber and spreading cream cheese to make some yummy sandwiches. The adults in EYFS had a hard job trying to stop all of the other adults at SJA from pinching our scrumptious treats! You never know, perhaps they can make a cream cheese and cucumber sandwich for you.
